For the realization of a basement, sunken garden and pool under a new countryhouse in " Alverna " on farm " Hoogendonk ," is a construction pit is required. Because of the sandy basis the CSM system is well applicable. The ground is well mixable with cementmix in order to obtain a CSM-wall with high compressive strength. The CSM wall runs around the basement. As a bottom seal in the closed CSM-wall cofferdam, under water concrete or a horizontal injection  layer of water glass could be used. The sandy base is  excellent for an injection of water glass which has been selected for implementation. For the injection of the water glass layer BodemBouw contracted subcontractor B&P soil injection.
